REPORT ABUSE

Bloobtech respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its readers and content creators to do the same. It is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement and other policy violations in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international laws.

1. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Notice 

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or published on Bloobtech in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification to our designated agent containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  •  Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including direct URLs to the specific article or image on Bloobtech).
  • Your full contact details: Name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Reporting Content Abuse & Misinformation 

In addition to DMCA notices, Bloobtech takes content integrity seriously. You may report any of the following concerns:
Factual inaccuracies, misinformation, or misleading financial/technology statements.
Malicious code, broken links, or suspicious third-party downloads.
Spam, offensive comments, or policy violations.

4. Response Time and Process 

Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, Bloobtech will conduct an investigation and take necessary action within 24 to 48 business hours. Actions may include removing or disabling access to the material, notifying the content author, or issuing a correction.
